The event brought all guests into the beautiful atmosphere of the XV Habanos Festival in Havana, Cuba, which took place in February. The Festival was attended, as always, by admirers of Cuban cigars from more than 70 countries, and international celebrities, fans of world’s best tobacco.

This year’s festival was attended by artists, musicians and famous gastronomy specialists. The famous Croatian chefs Grigur Bakshic, Zoran Simunic and Pantelia Pekic, club members of Gastronomadi, presented their creations in the kitchen using the best tobacco in the world, and their dishes could be tasted during the cooking show "Tobacco and cuisine".

On the evening, dedicated to the annual Habanos Awards, Danny Glover, a popular Hollywood actor, won the special prize of the Festival for his contribution spreading the Habanos culture through the world.

During the Festival took place the XII International Competition for Habanos Sommelier, which chose the Cuban Pedro Tejeda Terres (from La Bodegida del Medio) for a winner, while in the category “Best combination of wine and a cigar” the prize went to the French Fabrice Somier.
